We have added new features to our app and made some improvements!
Key features include a voice assistant that now helps you create your entries and a new entry screen that makes it easier to add new equipment.
Now you can hide yourself in the member list. Under your user data you will find the function "Privacy" in the settings. Here you can hide or show yourself as a contact in the member search.
A FAQ page gives you answers to questions you might have about one or another function in the app. Send us an email if you are missing an important explanation.
In addition, we have made some optimizations and bugfixings.

Certificates
Reminder for recurring trainings
Here you upload your certificates with detailed information and a photo/PDF/JPG. The certificates can be sent individually or as a selection by e-mail to a client or other recipients of your choice. A reminder function will inform you when your certificate needs to be renewed.

Collaborate with colleagues
Team up with colleagues with whom you are working on a project in order to exchange information and short-term changes.
Documents
All documents in your pocket
Upload documents from the tax office, the health insurance, your logbook, security pass or references etc. in folders and retrieve and send them as required. Here you will also find the folder in which the checklist-reports, LMRA-PDFs are archived.
Check lists
Manage and check your material
Here you create a check list. Various functions, such as a voice assistant, make it easier for you to enter the product, type and manufacturer. In the checklists you can enter when the recurring test must take place, so that WODOTO informs you in time. You find the check list reports in the document folder.
Contacts
Establish new contacts
Here you can access information of other WODOTO users, whose accounts are linked to yours. Under the menu item "My profile" you have the option to activate your profile with your references and certificates for your contacts.

LMRA
Make a last minute risk assessment
Take a moment to do a brief risk assessment before you start work.
You find the LMRA report in the document folder.
Outbox
With a swipe to the right, you can move certificates, checklists or LMRA PDFs from their folders to the Outbox and email them to colleagues or employers. At the top right under the icon, you will find an overview of messages that have already been sent.

We attach great importance on simple processes in our App and the availability of the necessary support for their successful work, as well as their collaboration with colleagues, employees and customers.
